Age Requirements & Verification Protocols
All self-drive operators must be 25 years of age or older, possessing a valid, unexpired United States or International driver's license. Rich Luxury Rental reserves the right to execute comprehensive background and driving record audits prior to vehicle delivery. Operators failing verification at any stage forfeit deployment without recourse, and reservation funds are returned net of a non-refundable administrative processing charge.

Security Deposit Hold Architecture
A mandatory security deposit ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 (depending on hypercar categorization) will be captured via credit authorization 48 hours prior to deployment. This hold will be strictly maintained until a thorough, multi-point post-rental inspection confirms zero mechanical or cosmetic detriments. Any documented variance — including but not limited to paint correction, interior detailing, wheel refinishing, or mechanical recalibration — will be itemized and debited against the held authorization.

Telemetry, Boundary Restrictions, and Speed Monitoring
Every vehicle within the fleet is equipped with continuous satellite GPS tracking and live telemetry monitoring systems. Operation is strictly bounded to the state of California. Exceeding posted speed limits by more than 30 MPH or operating the vehicle on a race track, drag strip, or unpaved surface constitutes an immediate breach of contract, resulting in immediate remote vehicle immobilization and total forfeiture of the security deposit. Geofence violations trigger an automated dispatch protocol and the client assumes all recovery costs incurred.

Insurance Indemnification and Liability Waivers
If opting for Personal Verified Insurance, the client explicitly warrants that their policy fully covers exotic vehicular physical damage up to the total market value of the selected asset. The client assumes total civil and criminal liability for all operations. Rich Luxury Rental remains entirely indemnified against any loss of use, third-party bodily injury, or mechanical duress resulting from negligent operation. Coverage upgrades to the RLR Premium Carrier Protection waive comprehensive collision exposure subject to the deductible matrix disclosed at delivery.
